Kieran, our unstoppable Business Development Executive, is always ready to jump in and lend a hand whenever needed. Someone with passion playing and watching football (although he unfortunately supports Arsenal), his drive and commitment is unmatched. With his winning attitude and tireless work ethic, Kieran is a key player on the Logixal team, always pushing for success!

6 Questions we have asked him:

1) What motivated you to get into business development, and was this always a career path you envisioned for yourself?

My interest in business development stems from a fascination with how businesses grow and thrive. I’m intrigued by the strategic processes involved in identifying opportunities, creating value, and building relationships that drive success.

2) How do you maintain a balance between the demands of a fast-paced business role and your personal life? 

Focus on high-impact tasks and delegate responsibilities when possible. Prioritising helps me manage your workload more effectively and frees up time for my personal activities.

3) What do you enjoy doing outside of work to recharge and stay motivated?

Playing football sometimes watching football being an arsenal fan its not always good watching.

4) How do you stay grounded and focused when dealing with high-pressure situations in business development? 

Break down large tasks into smaller, manageable steps. Create a clear plan and prioritise tasks based on their impact and urgency. This helps to keep you focused on what matters most.

5) What is your favourite hobby to do on the weekends?

I’ve recently started going to the gym but mainly football, I play more seriously on Saturdays and Sundays. When I play, it is great fun with my mates.

6) What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you, either in your role or in your personal life?  ​

I've driven a Lamborghini, Aston martin and Porsche around the Top Gear track and also done a skydive when I was 16.
