8 Questions we have asked him:

1) What motivated you to get into business development?

I love the challenge of building real value through business relationships. Once I joined Logixal, I realised this was where I could make a real impact.

2) Was this always a career path you envisioned for yourself?

Honestly, no! I didn’t expect to go into business development, but once I got started, I couldn’t see myself doing anything else.

3) What pivotal moments shaped how you approach your career?

Skipping uni and jumping straight into the working world taught me the power of hands-on experience. Boarding school in Somerset gave me the discipline I still rely on today.

4) What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

The gym keeps me energised, reading gives me fresh perspectives, and golf is my go-to for unwinding. It’s all about balance!

5) What’s your favourite part of the job?

Changing clients' minds when they’re sceptical, then showing them how Logixal can transform their business. That’s the best feeling.

6) If you could give advice to your younger self, what would it be?

"Trust the process, and be patient." Every challenge is just an opportunity in disguise.

7) Who’s your biggest inspiration?

Successful sales pros who’ve built their careers from the ground up, and of course, my family—they’ve been my rock through it all.

8) If you weren’t in business development, what would you be doing?

I’d probably be chasing my dream of being a professional athlete. Sports taught me the discipline and drive I use in business every day!
