Announcing new role for Matthew Dixon as Head of Client Experience on the eve of Logixal's 10th Anniversary
We are delighted to announce on the eve of Logixal's ten-year anniversary a new role for Matthew Dixon as Head of Client Experience. Matthew also celebrates ten years at Logixal as he has been a member of the Logixal family since it's inception in 2012.
We caught up with Matthew to share his story:Â
You’ve been with Logixal for 10 years now, you must have seen many changes?
I could go on forever, but I would like to keep it short. Yes, you could say I’ve seen many changes, over the years. I have seen Logixal grow from strength to strength with the same ethos we started with 10 years ago, I was one of the first members of staff to join Logixal and I'm proud to say I made the correct career choice and will continue to grow with Logixal for many years to come. It's been fantastic to see Logixal grow organically through recruiting experienced team members, acquiring new Technology Partners and Logixal’s transformation into a Managed Service Provider.Â
Describe your new role
As the Head of Client Experience, my role is to communicate with our clients to ensure they are continually receiving the quality of service and support they deserve. I am the first point of contact for all our community of clients as well as the account manager.
What are your favourite memories of Logixal?
There have been so many, so it's hard to pick one. I would have to say team-building events have always been a favorite of mine. Special events are regularly organised at Logixal such as go-karting and evenings out. We are like a family and are very close to each other. This is important to me. One of the best team building events that springs to mind, was when Daniel, the CEO took the whole company out for dinner and a few drinks to celebrate being awarded our very first Investors in People accreditation, back in 2014. This was in the spirit that the accreditation had been achieved by every member of the team.  Another fond memory was an evening out for Karaoke (I love a good sing-song), not that everyone got the hold of the Microphone!  It was good to have some fun with friends.
What do you see for the future at Logixal?
I see that Logixal will continue grow from strength to strength, expanding on providing our community of clients with the Technology Solutions that help them grow. Alongside this, I see my own growth with Logixal, and how I can assist our community of clients with any support they require at any time.
