A Happy New Year message from our Founder and CEO Daniel Hoile - Reflections of 2021

I trust you all had a Merry Christmas and I want to equally wish you all a Happy New Year ahead for 2022.

Above all, I wish you and your families all good health during these times. Our health is our wealth. Without our health, everything else is irrelevant. Business, and material things in life are all irrelevant.

I have chartered Logixal through the last 12-18 months storms, despite having had three major operations and catching Covid on two occasions. It shows me that I am a fighter, I will not lay down to anything, or to anyone.

This is my favourite time of the year, the only time in the year I can truly relax and recoup. The time to reminisce, to remember that we are blessed and to be thankful to have got this far.

As I look back on 2021 —The wins, the failings, the losses, the struggles, the immense amount of laughs and fun the Logixal family has had along the way during this year 2021, in addition to the complete transformation of Logixal as a business. She has truly flourished and evolved.

I would like to take this time to really reflect and hugely celebrate the great achievements during the course of 2021 at Logixal: 

  • Being accredited IIP - Investors In People PLATINUM - The only MSP in the UK to be platinum
  • Being nominated as one of the Top eight businesses to work for in the United Kingdom
  • Getting the Logixal brand trade-marked
  • Launching Logixal's brand new website
  • The transformational rebrand of logixal- new feel, new flavour, new energy
  • Logixal being crowned the 2021 Reseller of the Year in the PRINT.IT awards
  • Logixal winning service delivery Recognition partner of the year reseller award with ECi
  • Logixal invested in strategic additional software partners to compliment the product portfolio on solutions we offer our customers
  • Logixal totally upgraded all of the internal software solutions we use as a business to streamline our services with AI on UC, MSP, ECM & MPS platforms
  • Logixal being accredited ISO9001, ISO14001
  • Logixal being accredited phase 1 ISO27001 & 20000
  • Logixal being accredited Cyber essentials & Cyber essentials plus
  • Logixal keeping hold of all the employees - no one has been made redundant - holding strong and loyal to the Logixal family
  • Due to Logixal expansion we are heavily recruiting adding quality people, increasing the Logixal Family.
  • Winning a large number of new key instrumental customers to the Logixal community with the many additional SaaS solutions we are offering.
  • Logixal customer retention is now 97%.

So when I am asked, how have you been during this last 12 months? I will say: above all, my family are well, I am well, all of the Logixal family are well and, as for business —we have had some fun this year.

So I say...

Raise a glass to our loved ones who have passed may they never be forgotten
Raise a glass to all our health
Raise a glass of loads more fun in 2022 …
